Visit one of our on-site sales galleries with your client or call ahead to register your client.
Complete and receive approval of your client's loan approval and receive 1/3rd of the available broker commission for any homesite that is contracted.
Receive your client's loan lock if applicable and another 1/3rd of commission will be paid.
Receive the remaining balance of your broker commission upon your client's contracted homesite closing.
If representing a cash buyer, brokers earn 50% of the available commission upon verification of funds.
